Would you like to host Yoga or Pilates at your workplace or school?

We come to you, with equipment, to share the benefit of Yoga or Pilates with your colleagues or students.

We recommend a course structure.  For example, 8 weekly 1 hour sessions
Prices vary according to requirements and location but are approximately $16 per participant per session, incl gst.
Minimum of 10 pre-paid enrolments required.

An Initial single session can be arranged before courses begin.

Judge Book Eltham— Mon 8.15am or 11am
